Services

I build AI solutions for companies, together with their people. I build it, I deploy it, and the company uses it. To me, consulting is not only telling a business what to do, running a workshop or inspiring people from a stage. It is making the thing work.

Solutions the company actually uses

A team names the problem it wants solved. We get it clear together, and I build a working demo with the people who know the problem best. You see it before any big commitment. If it is worth continuing, I build the solution side by side with your person, deploy it, and hand it over once it is in use in everyday work. The solution can use AI or not. What matters is that it works.

What gets a company moving

Different companies need a different start. Sometimes one talk to everyone is enough, and sometimes it takes two days of work.

A pep talk

For when people still doubt, or do not know where to begin. A short, straight talk to the whole company: what AI can already do today, what it cannot, and what each person can try tomorrow. With examples I built myself.

A workshop: 2 or 4 hours

For when it is time to do, not to listen. Participants answer three questions beforehand, and I build the programme around their answers. Everyone works on their own real tasks, not on examples. You keep the recordings, the slides and a one-page prompt cheat sheet.

A two-day hackathon

For when things need to truly get going. Teams bring their own problems and, in two days, build working prototypes with AI. The strongest ones I turn into solutions the company uses.

Safe everyday use

Most employees already use AI, often with no rules at all. I help you agree which tools and which data are fine to use, write a short AI policy, and teach people to get better results from the tools the company already has. For leadership and boards I explain what changed when the EU AI Act took effect and what is worth doing about it this month.

How it goes

  1. A conversation about where you are now and what you want to reach.
  2. The start that fits you: a talk, a workshop or a hackathon. The concrete ideas worth pursuing surface there.
  3. A contract and a confidentiality agreement. Only then do I go into internal processes and data.
  4. A working demo for one problem, presented to leadership.
  5. The solution, built together with your team and deployed.
  6. Your people use it. I hand it over once it works in everyday work.

Why me

I led AI inside global companies, so I know how this goes in a large organisation, not only in a demo. I am not an engineer by training, and I build working software anyway; the Lab shows it. Every day I work across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and Gemini, so the advice is never tied to one vendor. I write about what works and what does not in the notes. More about me: About.

Contact

The best way to start is to write to me: labas@intelektas.ai. I reply within one working day. I travel and work globally, depending on the project.
