I am all in on AI. It is my full-time work: I build AI products, my own and for businesses, and I consult companies that want AI to show up in their results, not just in a strategy deck. That takes three shapes. I build the solution. I run a hands-on workshop where people bring their real work. Or I get a whole workforce using AI safely and well, every day. I led AI inside global companies before this, so I know how it goes in a large organisation, not only in a demo. I work daily across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and Gemini, so the advice is never tied to one vendor. Keynotes and the Lab are where I show the work. I have spoken on a TEDx stage (TEDxLugano, "The Foundation of Doing"). I am not an engineer by training, and I build working software anyway. Much of what I write here comes from that.

I write here about what happens when artificial intelligence meets real work. Not what it will be able to do in five years, and not what was announced on a stage. What seems useful in real work, what fails in practice, and what I am still unsure about. There will be as much of the second as the first, otherwise there would be no point writing any of it.
